Commentary:
Heroines of Evangelion – Asuka Langley, Rei Ayanami and Mari Makinami Illustrious – are wandering in a postapocalyptical setting of the abandoned Tokyo-1 that turned into ruins soon after the Second Impact. In this episode we learn that despite her leader qualities Mari is afraid of heights and that Rei can keep calm even in the face of danger, and we see how Asuka shows her -dere side to Mari.
